I would leave more stars if I could! I worked with David Kent to purchase a home from out of state. David is an excellent realtor; he knows everything about the Charleston area real estate market, and he has a builder's eye in looking at the quality and care of a home. David made a stressful process as easy as possible! I chose this firm because it is the only one in the Charleston area that works only from the buyer's side, which I see as an advantage for first-time buyers. I would highly recommend David and this firm to anyone looking to purchase a home!

His professionalism showed throughout the process - from checking in on us, promptly returning phone calls along with providing us local area information and co-ordinating with inspectors. If there were problems he handled them or assisted us to find solutions. We moved to this area during a difficult time with Covid-19 and didn’t know anyone in the area but our decision to have David be a realtor was a blessing. He is kind, understanding of your needs and has values and morals that are not often seen in the real estate environment We would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
