Bio: Charlotte Lemon is a native to Charleston and spent the first 10 years of her life in Mt Pleasant. After graduating from the College of Charleston, Charlotte taught 5th grade for a few years. Once she obtained her master’s degree, Charlotte considering making a move to another part of the country, but Charleston was the place she ultimately chose to settle down. Charlotte enjoyed a few years in sales with a computer company. After David Kent helped Charlotte purchase her first home, he recruited Charlotte as an agent in 1998. Charlotte has been a successful Realtor with his agency as an exclusive buyer’s agent for more than 15 years. Charlotte is an Accredited Buyers Agent, a member of NAR, CTAR, and REBAC.
What Sets Her Apart: Charlotte fully embraces her role as an exclusive buyer’s agent and partners with her clients through the entire process of purchasing their home/investment. Charlotte is a terrific negotiator and an excellent communicator. Utilizing these skills as well as Charlotte’s attention to detail, she helps her clients save money while reducing their stress levels throughout the buying process.

In Her Free Time: In addition to spending time on the water, enjoying the outdoors and taking advantage of the plethora of great restaurants in Charleston, Charlotte takes pride getting involved with charities that make a difference for children, our veterans, and animals. She sits on the board of Camp Rise Above, an organization providing life-changing camp experiences to children with serious illnesses, disabilities, and challenges. She is the secretary on the board for Clemson in the Lowcountry, a part of the Alumni Association of Clemson University that creates dinner events four times a year to bring together the local alumni with academia from Clemson’s main campus in Clemson, SC. As a newly proclaimed entrepreneur, Charlotte is the proud owner and operator of Olgi® Premium Playpens for Pets.
