Brickyard Plantation

Located in central Mount Pleasant Brickyard offers a shorter commute than other communities in its price range.  The neighborhood made up of 823 single family traditional/colonial style homes. The neighborhood is broken up into 6 subsections with all of them accessible off highway 17 with the exception of the Colonnade which is accessed from highway41. The homes are a mix of brick, vinyl and cement plank exteriors depending onthe subsection. Bordered by Boone Hall Plantation and Horlbeck Creek, Brickyard has natural buffer zones to protect it from other developments. It’s residents can enjoy the walking trails and mature trees that are throughout the neighborhood.Located in the front of Brickyard, The Preserve, Boone Grove and The Colonnade are the most affordable. Located in the back of Brickyard are The Landing, Brickyardand Daniel’s Landing. These subsections offer larger lots many of which feel more private with lots that back up to the marsh, deep water or woods. All the subsections have access to the Brickyard Plantation amenities which include the clubhouse, Olympic size pool and cabana as well as a children’s separate wading area, tennis courts, community dock facilities, boat ramp, as well as boat storage.  Additionally, The Colonnade also has its own pool. Brickyard also boasts its own Swim Team for the children of Brickyard aged 5-18. Brickyard is a beautiful community to call home.
