The Tea Farm Planned Development (PD) comprises about 396 acres off Old Jacksonboro Road. It includes an annexation of 2,876 acres of residual area, primarily (80%) wetland and unbuildable in Ravenel, and is being developed by McLeod Lumber Company. The PD consists of 709 acres where up to 400 dwelling units, 346 max detached single family, and max 54 attached single-family homes will be located along with 16 acres of commercial, 2 acres of municipal uses, and 52 acres of preserved open space. A Developers Agreement was reached on October 6, 2021, with the Town of Ravenel.

Tea Farm
Up to 400 homes will be built in the Town of Ravenel, South Carolina . Tea Farm is a planned development and will have both attached and detached homes. The Development will be located on the intersection of Hwy 17 South and Old Jacksonboro Rd.
