Kiawah River: New Leaf

Kiawah River is a new waterfront community located 15 miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina. This stunning Lowcountry community encompasses 2,000 acres of marshland, creeks and ponds, oak and pine forests, and riverfront property on Johns Island. Featuring amenities celebrating the sea islands life, the master plan includes a community farm, a swim club, events hall, retail village, deep water dock, and 21 miles of nature trails. There will also be a riverfront lodge with cottages for resident guests to enjoy. A renowned group of coastal architects was selected to collaborate together to create a sustainable new take on Lowcountry coastal homes and amenities.
